I think communication could of have better, and there was definitely some back and forth with facts saying they couldn't do something and then they ended up being able to do it after we contacted a different Mortgage Loan Originator with the same company.

Richard is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. The only thing I did not like is how high interest rates are but that is no fault to Richard. When buying my previous home in 2020 I had a 2.35 which is absolutely unheard of in this current economy.
