Joseph was fine. Process was easy even though lengthy. Communication was good but was informed to see two different attorneys which finally worked out. Closing costs was very expensive for upfront costs. Over $10,000 in upfront charges plus the interest they or another buyer of the loan will receive. Overall I was patient and finally received the balance of the loan wired into a personal account. Respectfully,

I had such an amazing experience with Mutual of Omaha, specifically for Joseph Axler customer service! Jo went above and beyond listening to all our needs, getting the best rates, keeping us updated step by step. He didn’t miss a beat on anything and I honestly felt so grateful for him making us feel like we were priority, even on the weekends when I had a question he would answer.
