He is a great guy very friendly great sense of humor respectful and knowledgeable. Mark was wonderful - the process was not. We have refinanced 4 times now and we have never had to jump through so many hoops and told oh wait, we can't close now, we need this... etc. It was beyond frustrating. We've never had one go over 30 day including refinancing this house a year after we moved into this house. I would recommend Mark again, I would NOT recommend Mutual of Omaha.
