There were too many unexpected "additional" requirements for a refinance loan. Once you determine the size of the loan is appropriate for the value of the property, and the customer has the ability to make monthly payments that should be all that's needed for approval. However, I do want to say that everyone was great to work with. It's the process that's the problem.

Communication was excellent which we find is a rarity days and this was important for easing any anxieties big or small. We never felt like we were an annoyance. Everything moved along as was clearly stated. Anything we needed to provide was also clearly stated and easy to add on the handy app which we used for uploading required items and for the seeing the timeline. It was all faster than expected and a good, smooth experience. We felt as though Eric Light was happy with the job of helping us!
