He is a great guy very friendly great sense of humor respectful and knowledgeable. We talked and laughed throughout the entire process smooth transaction,returned calls immediately communicated with my attorney,insurance agent and all parties involved the best part is he called me while on vacation sitting on a beach.

Mark was wonderful - the process was not. We have refinanced 4 times now and we have never had to jump through so many hoops and told oh wait, we can't close now, we need this... etc. It was beyond frustrating. We've never had one go over 30 day including refinancing this house a year after we moved into this house. I would recommend Mark again, I would NOT recommend Mutual of Omaha.
