Ben is absolutely the best at communication and follow-through. When others weren't getting back to me promptly or letting me know what was going on, I could pick up the phone and call Ben and get answers. I asked that when we started, I could always call him, and he gave me his word, which he kept throughout the ten-week process. Ben goes above and beyond, and it shows. I can't say that for all of the people that were in the process, but Ben certainly made up for them.
