the communication between the lender and customer. i didnt have to wait for return calls, they were there. today lenders, businesses forget that there success depend on us. even though we receive a lot. without us there couldnt be you. thank you for giving us service that we will rememner. its nice to know customer service still exists. thanks....james and lorraine

Ken made it great really. He is accurate, friendly, very responsive, and cared about helping us through the whole process. Highly recommend Ken Park, he's great. As in, I feel like I should send him a gift. Worked out wonderfully

Ben was always on top of things, even when the title company was taking a long time to finish its work. Ben kept me up to date on everything going on, and I was very appreciative of that. Also, I truly felt that Ben had my best interests in mind as he was working with me.
