the communication between the lender and customer. i didnt have to wait for return calls, they were there. today lenders, businesses forget that there success depend on us. even though we receive a lot. without us there couldnt be you. thank you for giving us service that we will rememner. its nice to know customer service still exists. thanks....james and lorraine
