Jason was straight forward and answered my questions as truth as possible. I had initially want a home equity loan and he convinced me to refinance/cash out my home with better financial terms

Chris was always there. Any time I had questions or concerns, he never failed to respond and help. Jessica was friendly and helped with insurance stuffs, and Adam was knowledgeable and quick to respond, as well. It was an all-round great experience.

Chris made me feel like we were family. He made himself available whenever we needed. I never felt rushed when talking to him. If he didn't know an answer, he would find out for me. He said he would continue to take care of us in the future.

Monika was AMAZING! She should receive a bonus. Stephen was great also with answering questions. What was not great was expecting exterior painting to be done in winter months in Minnesota. That was finally changed but the lending process began in Nov and didn't close until March which I found frustrating. Also a $75 fix needed to be inspected which then cost me another $375. Felt that was a bit over the top.
