Ben was always on top of things, even when the title company was taking a long time to finish its work. Ben kept me up to date on everything going on, and I was very appreciative of that. Also, I truly felt that Ben had my best interests in mind as he was working with me.

Mason was great and very professional, but the process took much longer than expected. Also, the closing had to be rescheduled once because the first person assigned was just a notary and a lawyer was needed.
