Ironically enough, I made the mistake of inquiring on a HELOC on Lending Tree and was bombarded with calls, texts, and emails. Mason called and I was less than pleasant to him initially, but after he explained why I was receiving all these calls he told me to save his personal number in case I ever decided to move forward. I did, and he took care of everything professionally and in a very timely manner. Jennifer was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Mark is the best loan officer I've encountered in my 75 years. He's fast, friendly, knowledgeable, great at listening and answering. I can't think of anything he didn't do right. He's right to the point and each time I got anxious he calmed me down and I felt good again

Things went very fast and efficently at the stat! Ben and staff were great explaining and answering any questions! As the process went on and staff outside of Ben and John's control it came to a near hault! The final step in the process took almo at two weeks!! all Ben or John could say was we are so sorry!! I did close and my positive and efficient service returned and the closing was accomplished efficiently!!

Mark was always availabe no matter whenever I reached out to him. It was a bit of a process and continued to stay patient with me. He was amazing to work with. Also.......let me tell you about Jennifer she was absolutely phenomenal. She answered the phone no matter what day or time I called her. I beleive that she works 24/7. She would call me on the weekend or at night if she needed something from me! She is the best!
