Mason was great and very professional, but the process took much longer than expected. Also, the closing had to be rescheduled once because the first person assigned was just a notary and a lawyer was needed.

A little more forward knowledge at the start of loan. I.e. taxes have to be current there will be a $500 appraisal fee and $150 for reinspection. That would be a great help in knowing this from the start so the person can decide if it is feasible to do at the current time.
