Dan Woods was a very knowledgable rep., and he was ALWAYS VERY NICE every time I had a question. Answered the questions, same day - most of the time within an hour. He didn't just leave questions to the next person who was going to handle the next step in the loan. After our very first conversation with Dan was all we needed to know who we were going to do business with. He displayed a knowledge of the loan process, explained every step with us.
