This experience give me a opportunity to get my home ownership legal things like zoning and tile correct. I did not know my property was zone incorrect and my ground rent had to be redeem to get a clear tile. Hopefully this will help when I'm making future decisions.

Eric made the experience great. He was attentive and responsive to questions, was easy to get in touch with and was always informative and patient. He even got on a call with me to obtain needed information that I was having trouble getting. Refinancing was a big desicion and at times overwhelming. Eric made the process so much less scary. My loan was a difficult one and took awhile to complete , Stephen stayed on top of everything and did make it work!!!! He was very professional about everything , even during the most frustrating times!!!! He is very awesome to work with and I would work with him again if needed. I cannot thank him enough!!!!!

Ken was always available to answer questions, track down information, and provide explanations about the process. He had a lot of knowledge and sought answers if he needed to work with another team.
