Stephen Sausnock Jr, helped my husband and I with getting our loan from Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. We asked him numerous questions by phone, text, emailed him at all hours during the process ...at no time he made us feel uneasy...he made himself readily available and responded right away. He is truly a upbeat, positive, bright professional. Stephen walked us through the loan process from start to end.

Ben was very professional and knowledgeable. He would take my calls and answer my questions within 15 minutes of me calling, day or night. I appreciated his help during, what can be, a stressful event with a new mortgage. I would highly recommend him to family and friends for their mortgage needs!!
