Much easier than i imagined. Ben was respectful and not aggressive with trying to get the loan. Everything was on my time, wasn't rushed or pushy. Everything was explained and Ben was always available to answer any questions . If i left a message or sent or sent an email , the response was always quick. He even answered me when he was in the hospital! Never had such a great loan experience.

Kenny and Misti were great. They worked with me and were so patient. Kenny took time to help me understand all I couldn't figure out. And stayed on the phone till I got it done correctly.
