Mr. Alban made himself available for questions, and was able to answer them in a way that was easy to understand. He was very knowledgeable and communicated any regulations and particulars of the loan in a clear and concise manner. He took care of coordinating all of the services necessary to process the loan and kept us informed about who would be contacting us, and when. The mortgage process went very smoothly, and quickly.

Ben was extremely patient with me. He answered all of my questions and was always responsive when I reached out. Most importantly, he kept his word to me and treated me with respect. In a process like refinancing, where so much is at stake, I appreciated his transparency and follow-through.
