Mr Micheal was my technician, and boyyyy was he awesome. I needed a regulator installed on my main gas line for my restaurant. I called only for an estimate (i had already gotten quotes from a few other companies and just needed a few more to decide), but before coming mr Micheal asked me for pictures, he went and picked up w.e parts I would've needed, came by, checked it out, gave me an estimate thay beat the rest, and literally right there n then, went to work. I received a text message from My Georgia Plumber to schedule an appointment For my FREE hot water tank inspection and flush that is included FREE with my Home Care Club Membership. Set the date and also asked to have them replace a dripping Moen bathroom sink faucet with a new one I obtained. They agreed and scheduled the work to be done on the afternoon of 11/18/25. Technician ******* showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem. Explained what needed to be done and showed me my options. ******* replaced my garbage disposal and inspected my water heater before he left. Customer ********************** explains the costs before sending someone out. Very pleased and will use My Georgia Plumber for future repairs.
