I received a text message from My Georgia Plumber to schedule an appointment For my FREE hot water tank inspection and flush that is included FREE with my Home Care Club Membership. Set the date and also asked to have them replace a dripping Moen bathroom sink faucet with a new one I obtained. They agreed and scheduled the work to be done on the afternoon of 11/18/25. Technician ******* showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem. Explained what needed to be done and showed me my options. ******* replaced my garbage disposal and inspected my water heater before he left. Customer ********************** explains the costs before sending someone out. Very pleased and will use My Georgia Plumber for future repairs.

We separately purchased materials for shower revision. ******* arrived and said, correctly, that what we had would not work with our application. He recommended a solution, got the right materials, and completed the work the next day. Totally satisfied!
