We were very pleased with the service. Santos did a great job and really knew how to solve the problem quickly. He was here in a timely fashion. I like that I could track his arrival. I picked them based on reviews and proximity to my house. The first thing I noticed was how for a local company, their contact systems and billing seem like a big company. Lots of automation and you pay up front. I had a 2 part job and the first technician thought that the 2nd part would be an additional charge which was not as I understood it. James truly went above and beyond to address our issue with a sink/faucet leak, staying longer than he anticipated to help us find a solution that avoided the need for a return trip.
