The technicians that came was ******* and *****. I had a bath /shower diverter that was rusted out and broken off. ******* gave me a complete and thorough explanation and description of the work that would be needed to repair it and what would be replaced. Very thorough. and very polite.
I have been using GA Plumber for 5 years. The scheduling is fast and the technician shows up on time. They send you a text when the technician is on his way and you can actually see where they are. They are always knowledgeable and kind. ***** came today to look at our disposal. We ended up replacing it and they had one on the truck so it was all done in a timely manner. *** W was great. Love the short arrival window. Thats excellent most companies arrival window is we will be there between Tuesday and Tuesday. Getting a 9:30 - 11:30 window and *** was at my door. Got right down to business. Discussed my options of repair. Have all the details needed. Produced a very reasonable quote and had my issues resolved in no time.
