Georgia Plumbers, and my techniuan, were knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job of explaining the entire process before performing any of the work.

We had a water line break at the foundation. Their scheduler had a crew dispatched within an hour. The crew was knowledgeable and determined to complete repairs on this break. We had already lost 100,000 gal of city water. It took 3 hours to correct the break. My Georgia Plumber is now our plumber both at home and my business. Outstanding service!!!

Chandler the technician was great. He arrived well within the window of time given to me. The company provided multiple updates in advance on who would be here, a photo of the technician and an ETA when he was dispatched. Chandler was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The reason for deducting one star was that the cost was very high to replace a flange and supply line and bolt a toilet.
Had to use twice in three days due to a major leak and a discovered valve problem. Techs were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional, they are now my plumber of choice .
