An unethical, dishonest and incompetent service provider I have ever been forced to work with because my Home Warranty service chose them as provider in Nov 2023.My Georgia Plumber delayed the installation of my water heater for about 1 month in winter because of they continuously demanded for more and more money. Awful service! Worst plumbing company in the region. I wish I can give them a negative rating. My garbage disposal was non-functional and water was leaking under the sink. My home warranty company reached out to them to replace the garbage disposal. They sent a technician who when came, with-in a minute asked to replace the disposal. They sent a report as general plumbing issue to my home warranty company and charged me my out-of-pocket fee. Had a water heater installed and the technician burned a hole in balcony rug. Was working with an employee, ***** for months and later was told he was no longer with the company. I then was put in touch with another individual and there exact words were Upon reviewing our records, unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with the replacement process. Man what an experience. I had a burst water pipe on the side of the house leading to the outside water faucet. Would you believe that cost me 900 dollars, 3 separate visits, and 3 weeks to get a pipe replaced that's no more than around 15 feet of extremely accessible pipework? The service fee is a scam really. They tell you it's $150 but you would only pay $100 if you accept their service... what they don't tell you is they have no intention of completing the job on the same day. They were dispatched to my home by my warranty **mpany. It took them 3 days to arrive to inspect a hot water heater that was leaking. ******** inspected it and said it had been leaking for a while I **rrected him to say its only been leaking since 4 days ago. Also I had only lived in the home for 5 months and I had 2 inspections that proved differently. I said do not put that in the report. @MyGAPlumber i cant say how hurt and angry my household feels after calling you guys out for the same problem, twice, in one month. after spending $1400 dollars over those 2 visits, I still have the same problem. calling @RotoRooter out today. hoping they do a better job.

I've been a customer for almost 3 years. I recently had a very disappointing experience with My Georgia Plumber. I called on a Sunday as my tankless water heater stopped working. When I placed the call, I told them that if the techs didn't have experience with tankless units, they wouldn't' be able to help me, as the manager has always been involved with past repairs / diagnoses. They were sent to my home by ************ for a busted water heater flooding my basement. Their plumber was so busy blinking $$ signs while telling me about all the code updated work hed have to do for the fix, he never inspected anything nor stop the water leak on the shut off valve I pointed out to him. They solicited the work for a higher price outside the warranty and sent two different estimates and items list to me and HSA. This company My Georgia Plumber cracked my main installing a pressure valve and it put my basement apartment under water. We had about 3a of water. The 8 baseboards were swollen and we had some drywall damage.
