The technicians that came was ******* and *****. I had a bath /shower diverter that was rusted out and broken off. ******* gave me a complete and thorough explanation and description of the work that would be needed to repair it and what would be replaced. Very thorough. and very polite.

I have been using GA Plumber for 5 years. The scheduling is fast and the technician shows up on time. They send you a text when the technician is on his way and you can actually see where they are. They are always knowledgeable and kind. ***** came today to look at our disposal. We ended up replacing it and they had one on the truck so it was all done in a timely manner. Him and his helper were very professional!!Thanks ************

I asked for itemized bill, plumber said its just all one price. So, it didnt break down labor cost. He was here 10 minutes, installed a part that at the high end costs $150. So labor was $330 for 10 minutes.

Worst business I ever dealt with. Pricing is outrageous. You are charged before any work gets done. I was to receive a credit that took almost 30 days to get and I only got it because my bank got involved. I would not recommend hiring this company.

I had two plumbers come to my house to work on the upstairs master shower, which needed a new cartridge. They were able to resolve the problem so the shower is no longer leaking. The issue that I have is that a very nice necklace that was laying out on the counter is now missing. I reported the issue to My Georgia Plumber who said they would do their due diligence to try to recover the necklace. ******* said she would return my phone call about the issue on Monday and I have not received a phone call back. ******* is the WORST manager I've talked to. It's not about the water heater now. It's about she's not empathetic about anything happening to the customer/new member. She just doesn't care. She cancelled my membership without notifying me even after I told her that Im not cancelling it. Her communication style is very ego-centric, selfish, and head strong. Project was to remove an old faucet which already had the water lines removed and replace with new owners unit. They said they were required to replace the water lines even though they were the braided metal ******** the problems. The lead guy spoke in very soft broken English. Apparently his helper did not speak English. When I was shown the initial price of over $600 for the minimal amount stated above it I was shocked. He said that he had no control over pricing. Run from this company please, the worst ever! They got paid by our Home warranty company for a job they did in November 2023, fast forward to June 2024, they charged my card which they had on file for $395 claiming they never got paid by the Warranty company.How did we not get a prior notice from this company letting us know that they didn't get paid by the warranty company before charging my card on file without any consent/authorization.I need my refund back and would get it by any means.
