RecommendedAll staff we have encountered have been caring and professional. Our girl Zelda (50 pound husky) had bi lateral TPLO surgery (both knees like human ACL injury). She had complication and by utilizing the email to send pictures I was told to bring her in immediately and she had to have a second procedure to get the infection out. These ladies were PHENOMENAL!!! I tried to call my primary vet office to see if they had anyone on call to assist, as my boy Roscoe, was vomiting blood. I called the alternate numbers and left voicemails, but I wasn’t going to wait. I called the emergency hospital and they were very thorough about everything. My Roscoe had to be hospitalized for 24 hours and they kept me in the loop of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of professionals to take care of my boy. Yes. I highly recommend them. My cat had dermatology issues & their specialists worked with him through that, then another had some colon issues & they helped her with that (Jadyn), and then my same boy (Oliver) has been through Acute Kidney Failure twice & they worked with him and my regular Veterinarian to helped him through that life-threatening emergency as well. The most caring and compassionate group of people! From the receptionist to the vet techs to the doctors...I spoke to many of the team at NVS during my cat’s 3 day stay for a urinary blockage and everyone was so kind. Oz was extremely sick and without their quick diagnosis and care, he would have never survived.
