RecommendedI want to thank wholeheartedly this animal emergency center. Yesterday, I had to make one of the HARDEST decisions of my adult life, to end my pups suffering and let him go to heaven. I can NOT say enough good things about them. They had a staff member to walk me through the WHOLE THING. She brought me crackers, water, gave me a book to read to my son about your pets crossing over, and held my hand and patted my back to see me through the whole thing. RecommendedI have had to (unfortunately) take both my dogs, Scout and Ilio, to NVS several times in the last year. I also took one of my other dogs for care when he neared the end of his life several years ago. We have always had such positive experiences. The doctors really know what they are doing, and the staff are all so efficient, caring, and knowledgeable. I wish they could be our regular vets all the time! RecommendedWe have not had much luck with our cat's dermatology issues locally, so our vet recommended the dermatology group at Nashville Veterinary Specialists, who came down to Chattanooga periodically to meet with other clients in the area. I have been really pleased with Meredith Stevens and Dr. O'Neill. RecommendedI had to bring in our lab puppy. Se was having a severe allergic reaction probably to a wasp sting but we were unsure. They took her immediately when we arrived and told us what they would be doing. They have her an injection of benedryl, a steriod, and fluids. It was a holiday and they were extremely busy. Of course we had to wait in the parking lot. After a few hours I called back just to check on her. They were so nice and informative and said they had other critical cases that had come in. RecommendedThey took the best emergency care of our Biewer Terrier after it was attacked by a large dog. They kept us updated every step of the way. She spent 9 days there in ICU and came out of there with a bunch of human friends she made along her way. ❤️. Thank you to the ER Dr’s and Vet staff. She would nit have survived.

Recommendedhad to make a trip from Westmoreland to the emergency animal clinic at midnight. The tech was awesome. She came out to the car. She made our puppy so comfortable. They immediately resolved our issue and had us in and out within 30 mins. They are EXTREMELY affordable and all though I hope to never require there services again if the need arises I know exactly where to go!!!! awesome place!!!

RecommendedWe came in after 8 pm for our sweet Garfield. Garfield is 18 and was at end of life. We knew this and had hoped that he would peacefully drift off to sleep but not my Garfield. He’s a fighter. He had a seizure and knew it was time. Deciding when to end your animal’s life is not something anyone wants to do. This group of wonderful people helped make the transition so much easier. I held my Garfield as he drifted off to forever sleep. I am thankful for their help. 🌈💚
