From the receptionist to the vet techs to the doctors...I spoke to many of the team at NVS during my cat’s 3 day stay for a urinary blockage and everyone was so kind. What an amazing staff. We had to go to the Clarksville location two nights in a row for two different pets of ours. The first night, our pup had a freak allergic reaction episode, we had no incite as to what was happening. The staff was very helpful and responsive, we got an answer as quickly as we could. The following night, our cat that had been suffering for a while was ready to let go. The staff was so compassionate as we helped her cross the rainbow bridge. Two of my dogs had to have back surgery last year. The staff was so compassionate and kind to us. They explained everything very well and were available 24 hours a day to take calls if I wanted to check on my pet post-op. I feel fortunate to live so close to these veterinary specialists. They are the best in their field.
