RecommendedWhen our local vet was concerned about neurological changes in our sweet cat, Fezzy, NVS was the place he recommended. We took our cat who was hospitalized for 3 days. I was very confident that he was treated with the love and knowledgeable care that he needed. We received update calls twice daily. Every person we spoke with was kind, patient, and willing to answer all of our questions. Fezzy is now on the mend, and we are very thankful for the care he received at NVS.

The staff was very friendly and told us when we arrived there an emergency critical issue going on with another fur baby and it may be a while before we heard anything from the doctor but they were going to start the normal steps to see if our baby had a blockage..xrays vitals ect. The communication was good on what other test needed to be done, why they wanted them, the cost to expect before they started each test and then what they believed the issue is and moving forward treatment.
We took our Chihuahua, HuttaBean, to see Dr. Rodrigues for his heart. Dr. Rodriguez and her assistant Brooke both took the time to explain everything to us about his condition, his medications and follow up appointments. Plus when Brooke brought HuttaBean back out to us, he was calm and happy. This tells us a lot because he doesn't like just anyone. Thank you for all you have done for HuttaBean. We truly appreciate it!
The staff was wonderful. They were so sweet and understood just how precious our baby boy means to us. They took very good care of our bernedoodle and kept us informed throughout the entire hospital visit. We were sent to see the neurologist from our regular vet and was seen same day. “Tito” stayed in the hospital for two days and even though it was a scary time for us, they made sure we knew he was a priority. It was definitely worth the drive and our baby is getting a little bit better every day.
It’s taken me several months before I felt like I could keep myself together enough to leave a review. Seemingly out of nowhere, my 9 year old Shih Tzu, Cash, started having fainting spells. My local vet realized the urgency and STRONGLY suggested I make the 2 hour drive to NVS, as they have a full team of professionals and equipment in house to get results fast. I was very impressed with the professionalism, compassion and true caring of the hospital staff. Doctors Long and Cason were extremely friendly and truly care for their patients and their families. We owe a lot to this Veterinary ER Hospital and to these two doctors for saving the life of our beloved Brandi (Golden Retiever) This hospital is definitely recommended by us and we will continue to use them if there is a need.
