I paid 739.00 for the vet to totally misdiagnose my dog. Total WASTE of TIME and MONEY! Fortunately my vet caught issue immediately and after life saving surgery Jake is ok.

I have a large dog who has extreme separation anxiety and they refuse me to stay with him or treat him outside. Even though I told them he could be treated very easily if I was with him. They do not care. They said they could drug him. There staff is extremely rude and I had to ask for a manager 3 times. The manager Sandra refused to compromise. In my opinion they are not worried about animals and more interested in drugging them then providing options that are better for the animals and I do not recommend th... read more

Monday night, our dog swallowed a fish hook while tagging along on a fishing trip. We took him to an emergency vet in Jackson, TN who found that the hook was stuck in his esophagus rather than making it to his stomach. He referred us to an emergency vet in Memphis for surgery. We made the two hour drive to Memphis, arriving around 2:30am, and spent all night in the parking lot waiting to get him checked in and ready to see the surgeon in the morning. We drove two hours back home at 5am, on very very little sleep, and got a c... read more

The only suggestion I would have is if you know in advance that a patient is coming in with a medical emergency I would meet them outside with a stretcher and a nurse or doctor to assist with the removal of a pet from vehicle to either prevent further injury or assist in life saving treatment on the spot. Instead of it being like a normal pet visit. Also information gathering on the link is not forwarded fast enough to medical personnel and staff. This is based on my visit the other day. Thanks for all your help but Luca... read more

Our little Maltese Sophie, grabbed a bone on the ground during a walk and swallowed it. It was lodged in her esophagus and she was partially choking. She could not eat or drink. For two days she was at the emergency vet in Franklin, or at her vets office. They kept telling us there was no foreign body there. We felt we could not get any help for her and we were beginning to panic. After telling our vet we were not going back to the ER in Franklin, they referred us here. Wow, what a difference in experience. Finally t... read more

Absolute worst experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My sisters dog was hit by a car and we took him to a local animal hospital and they deferred us to this place. I called on the way there to let them know we were coming and asked about prices. The receptionist told me it would be $300-500 to get him stable and do X-rays and give fluids. Once we got there (around 9:50am) they took him back and then she called and told us it was going to be $1200. We told her no we could not do that and asked what happened ... read more

As a referral from Blue Pearl arrived with my cat around 2:15pm... to be seen through the ER for cardiac evaluation/echo etc... and possible abdomen ultrasound for chronic vomiting. Around 4:30 got the call in my car about the echo results nothing on the abdomen or ultrasound. My vet called and spoke with them they then called me back and offered the ultrasound but now they would have to charge me $100 extra because it was after 4 PM. I could come back tomorrow for the standard price of about $578. I told them to go ahead a... read more

This place is terrible. I took my dog there for an ER visit due to her having an obvious deformity and being in a significant amount of pain. We waited an hour for them to come get her, which was fine. After they came and got her, about 40 min later I got a call from the vet, telling me that she “would be hard pressed to think that the deformity was causing my dog the pain I described.” She then recommended blood work and x-rays starting on her stomach to find out what’s going on internally, despite the fact that there’s an ... read more
