One oncology tech had communication difficulties, and the other onc tech was very rude to me. Upon pickup, my bill was $600 over the HIGH end of the estimate. Also, my dog had another animal's name/owner number printed on her hospital collar. VERY disappointing.

Sooo you’re establishment is in the habit of screwing pet owners out of money and then reporting them to animal care? I can personally attest to the fact that a dog that was previously in your care had money being donated toward her care (MYSELF being one of the donors) all told about $2000 plus dollars and you told the owner it was for surgery. Now you report her but she definitely took the poor baby to a different vet and she was cared for. This place is crap 💩

I took my cat here early on July 4th and had to put him down due to a mass in his chest. That was bad enough but when I was handed my pet carrier it almost fell apart due to half the screws being taken out and not put back. Then I asked for his little stuffed monkey that I brought with him that he dearly loved and after 10 minutes she finally came back out with his blanket but no toy. She said all the toys were locked up (why?) by third shift and she would mail his toy to me. It's been a week now and I have received nothing ... read more

I took my Min Pin dog in on Tuesday 6/4/19. His vet was closed on Tues. He wasn’t eating, when he drank water he would throw it up. They did x-rays and full blood work. They even charge me for someone to read the x-rays. They said there was No Blockage. Told me to feed him light foods like broth and a antacid. Even though I’m telling them he can’t eat or drink. They gave him fluids and something for nausea. I went home that night and his health got worse. I was at his vets when they opened. I gave them all the pap... read more

Do not know what we would have done Christmas Eve if this clinic was not open. Saved our dogs life from a very bad allergic reaction. Thanks all of you at Nashville Veterinary Animal Emergency for being there :)

Terrible experience! Our local vet referred us here because our Golden Retriever was hemorrhaging in her eye. We were there almost 3 hours and NOTHING, I MEAN NOTHING was done for her. Was charged $388 for routine bloodwork and eye tests. They started off trying to charge $1000 for all kinds of tests which were absolutely unnecessary. We came for her eye, not heartworm tests (which she had at our local vet), not xrays of her body, not thyroid tests (which we had at local vet), WE CAME BECAUSE OF HER EYE! They kept her in the... read more

Do NOT take your pets here! Not only do they try to squeeze every single penny you own out of you, but their staff is incredibly rude and flippant. When I brought my pup in for Cushings Disease, I asked the doctor what she would do in a situation like this or what I could do to help my baby feel better and she literally told me, “Well I would never let my dog get Cushings, so that’s on you.” I’m sorry, what? Well, I looked past that and chalked it up to her having a bad day... We brought our cat in for Cytox at a later date,... read more
