I took my dog Piper here for emergency care after she developed severe diarrhea after her delivering her puppies. I told them don’t worry about the cost because I would pay it and to figure out what was wrong with her. They sent her home the next morning and said it should subside and was caused by eating the placentas. I rushed her back to their office after her temperature shot up to 105, again telling them to run any test or exam possible to help her. She was kept there all weekend and showed no improvement. Monday mornin... read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE IN EVERY WAY. My bill was double the high end of the initial estimate. I had to pay it in full or I would not receive the meds the cat needed within a hour. They never diagnosed her after doubling there initial high end estimate and had her for 4 days. Every call from the dr’s were obvious sales pitches. Good news, bad news and then a upsale pitch. Never would talk of experience or past cases only pitching other ways for you to spend money. While I was in parking lot complaining ... read more

My partner and I took our cat in yesterday morning after extreme and unusual vomiting. Within a few hours, we learned she was fine, but she was held inside for the rest of the day while we were kept away from her. She was held for an additional 4 hours for minor testing. I repeatedly called the vet asking for clarification on the timeline, with vague answers with time-markers such as "shortly." After we arrived home from an arduous six hour day, I noticed our cat was covered in her own urine. To make matters worse, she poope... read more

If you want to feel like your dog’s life isn’t worth it, then this is the place for you. If you like to get yelled at for questioning their guidelines and why numerous members of their staff were seen without masks on in their facility, then this is the place for you. If you like to be told that you need to “knock off your attitude” or your dog won’t be seen because you saw another pet owner walk into their facility without a face mask on, then this is definitely the place for you. I understand that there is a new “normal” n... read more

We took our dog Bentley in quarentine on March 31, 2020 to this vet because we do not live in Nashville and our dog was making heavy breathing noises and needed to see a vet. After over $1,000 of tests including an eco, and x-rays to check for pneumonia and bronchitis this vet told us that she did not have pneumonia but rather bronchitis. I was also told there was a little fluid around the heart but, and I quote, "not enough fluid to be of any concern". This vet prescribed us an antibiotic to treat bronchitis and sent us h... read more

I feel all they cared about is money. I spent $1300 and when I got her back her condition got worse and I had to put my dog down. I feel every action they took made her condition worse. I personally feel like I'd rather let my pet die than give them money. I also asked them to call me back so I can speak with them about next steps and they didn't call me back.

If you want to receive discriminatory, biased, predujiced care for your baby, then this is the place for you. I have a 1 year old boerboel {South African Mastiff} who I got about 3 weeks ago and quickly discovered something was wrong with his leg. I went to my regular vet who diagnosed it as elbow dysplasia and referred me to this vet whom is supposed to be a 'specialist.' Not one person in this office greeted my dog, including the doctor. Okay whatever. When the doc gets in the room with my dog and I, not only did he barely... read more
