We were rushed to this er for dog who we had to put down yesterday morning. When on the phone with my parents for 30 minutes no one told us that there was a tear in his bladder that was quickly poisoning my dog. Granted, I don't believe that they did it but no one ever mentioned it, not to mention that we sat for half an hour when our previous vet told us that they were waiting for us there because he had a bladder stone that was causing his kidneys to fail. Was there for 8.5 hours and they were unable to draw blood to conduct a test to check for pancreatitis. I understand my cat is challenging, but they waited too long and she grew more and more distressed. Had they worked on her sooner they probably would have been able to draw the blood. Every other vet she has been to was able to get the blood they needed. Did not communicate why it took so long. When I finally said that we were going to leave, they told me she was being worked on. I made a 2 hour drive after my dog was hit by a car. I was told she needed surgery. They said that she needed to stay there so that she could be kept stable until surgery. I was told that she needed a catheter, meds and IV. Until. I was told the cost. I told them that I would get it before she was discharged. Just do what they needed too. It was a Saturday evening. RecommendedI would recommend not go here if you want your pet to get the care it needs immediately. My dog was in respiratory distress and the surgeon waited until the next day to do anything about it and it was too late. They said he went into cardiac arrest from trying to breathe. They are a disgrace. My sweet Paco suffocated to death after they promised me day before they would take care of his needs immediately. In memory of Paco save your pet use another vet!!!

I paid 739.00 for the vet to totally misdiagnose my dog. Total WASTE of TIME and MONEY! Fortunately my vet caught issue immediately and after life saving surgery Jake is ok.

I have a large dog who has extreme separation anxiety and they refuse me to stay with him or treat him outside. Even though I told them he could be treated very easily if I was with him. They do not care. They said they could drug him. There staff is extremely rude and I had to ask for a manager 3 times. The manager Sandra refused to compromise.
