I have unfortunately been doing business with National Debt Relief for the past 3 years. I have consistently paid on time and closely and diligently kept track of the numbers. In 5/2026, they came out with a new dashboard which ridiculously inflates the numbers of the debt I put in, and how much they are "saving" me. This is complete fraud. Their numbers are complete lies to make the company look good. At the end of this nightmare, I'll be paying the complete debt I went in with, just a good portion of that money goes to ***... read more

They pay themselves first and foremost. You would be better off reaching out to creditors yourself. In a 30 day period they paid themselves $632 and my creditors $70 while a settlement was lost. They blamed insufficient funds in my dedicated savings account as reason for lack of funds despite pulling their own fees ahead of schedule due to the windfall created by losing a settlement.

National Debt Relief is a dishonest program whereas you end up paying more than what was initially owed via legal fees, attorney fees, transaction and holding fees and thanks to their law firm ***********'s tactic to not pay on the credit cards until settlements are reached my credit score still suffered. I would have been better off getting a loan with a credit union or bank, or by claiming bankruptcy. I lost thousands of dollars, my credit score still suffered, and both the credit card companies and ***/Gitmeid Law made la... read more

I strongly regret enrolling in National Debt Relief and would not recommend this program to anyone, especially individuals with strong credit. The company did not clearly explain the real consequences of the program. There was no meaningful transparency around how severely my credit score would be impacted. For someone entering with excellent credit, that should be a central part of the conversation, not something glossed over. I entered the program with an excellent credit score. As a result of following their process, my c... read more

National Debt Relief is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! The settle your debt in a lower amount and then **** you in fees!! When you add them together it's literally almost the same amount of debt you started with. Every representative tells a different story. None of them are the same! They withhold very important information from you. I enrolled with National Debt Relief on 8/28/2025 and I have not seen any improvement with payments to the credit card companies or on my credit! I have 3 credits and only one have... read more

I have been continuously harassed and spammed via phone and email. I went online to get information. You are REQUIRED to submit and agree to be contacted (understandable considering there is no process to proceed online) I was contacted by a *** via email. I explained I needed to discuss with my spouse and I would contact back. I was contacted later that same day by ANOTHER *** while at work. This *** would not respect that I was at work and couldn't discuss my situation. I informed him I would discuss and could talk on Frid... read more

I am not pleased with my experience with this program. I will be making my final payment next month after ******** making deposits. I enrolled 7 credit cards and 6 which were all paid/satisfied back in November 2025. Feb.2026 the last card was finally negotiated and would extend my program through 2027. I refused because I think this could have been negotiated much earlier. Now this last card is in collections and they are trying to take it to court. All of the cards are showing as "charged off' which will stay on my credit ... read more

I thought I was doing fine with them paying my payments monthly on time and never missing a payment and was my program was supposed to end in June of 2026 it is now April of 2026. I've been paying my payments for three years now, thousands of dollars never missing a payment and even paying more than half of it down from equity of my house. Today I got a call from them saying that they had negotiated with one of my creditors and that I would have to pay double my payment for an additional two years and I find this unacceptabl... read more
