I would strongly caution anyone considering National Debt Relief based on my experience.I was enrolled in their program for about two years and consistently dealt with billing problems. I was overcharged multiple times in a single month on several occasions and had to repeatedly call customer service just to get my own money refunded. This became a pattern rather than an isolated mistake.Customer service was also very frustrating to deal with. I frequently encountered rude or dismissive representatives, and despite asking th... read more

This business preys on the ill-informed, and uses buzzword sales tactics to rope people into a very poor financial decision. As stated in previous reviews *** tells you to stop paying your credit card payments, and begin paying a flat amount into a Betr link bank account. When signing and during the sales pitch, they explain that the credit card balances are locked in at what they are upon signing, not that they will grow with interest/late fees. So my original Discover card balance was ******** in December of 2025. After pa... read more

I want to share my experience so others fully understand what they may be signing up for. When I enrolled, I believed my debts would be negotiated based on the balances at the time I joined. Thats not how it has played out. Instead, Ive seen settlements calculated after balances have grown significantlywhile I was instructed to stop making payments. For example, one of my accounts originally had a balance of about $1,500. Recently, I was presented with a settlement offer of $1,109, plus a $235 fee. At the same time, I was told... read more

On advice from a family member, I signed up for ***. Between the 25% settlement fee (calculated from the ORIGINAL DEBT) and continuous late fees, I now owe MORE THAN WHEN I STARTED. My credit score dropped over 100 points. I am considering legal action for deceptive loan practices.

Claimed service to help with debt, collected fees from dedicated account while disregarded negotiations with others. When asked for attempts to negotiate with the collection company they couldnt produce then one rep said only two attempts were made just to notify them they were handling the account. The account was 3 years old since enrollment with only two attempts. Then when I was sued they then negotiated and came up with $8k by next day only option. Who has that. So I ended up paying full plus more then *** wanted fees. ... read more

When I signed up I should have said no and hung up when you forced me to add 2 creditors that I did not want to add, that should have been my first clue that this was not going to end well with me. I was not informed that you would be charging me a fee when a debt was settled, so you saved me say $6,000 but charged me a $4000 fee not a few hundred but thousands. Maybe it was in the fine print of which no one reads most of the time because you supposedly informed me verbally. Then you dropped the ball on my last creditor (who... read more
