You stop paying creditors, *** negotiates a settlement price then basically charges you fees that eliminate the difference made from the creditors settlement offer. Your pretty much making your credit worse and making same amount in payments. You're paying all these fees just so they auto deduct deposits and disperse for you. A really expensive checking account. If you can be disciplined and save money on your own I wouldn't recommend doing this program. You can prob negotiate on your own with creditors and save a whole lot ... read more

Less than zero stars ************ is irresponsible. They keep sending spam e mails, even after several phone calls to have my email address removed from their data base. I have even blocked their email address, but they continue to send me spam from multiple e-mail addresses.

My program was until August of this year. I was never told about any fee except the account at **********. I was talked out of doing a loan with 9.5% interest by the salesman that assured there was only the small fee for the account. Now I'm paying a 25% interest fee disguised as your fee. They only completed 1 creditors and only 5 months left till my time was up. This has been very disheartening and on Disability I could barely make it to this August, that I'm just told was only an approximate date. Another thing they faile... read more

They starve your creditors until they settle. Thanks to them my credit rating went from 710 to 413. They take their huge fees before paying creditors the bulk of your payments. Forget about buying a house or a car when under these guys. They recently rearranged their web page which now hides the cumulative data and their fees unless you click into each individual creditor. Staff is overseas, non-English speaking (unlike their sales team who is all US and easy to talk to). Unable to get a straight answer for most questions. Y... read more

I regret signing up for this program. They failed to reach a reasonable settlement with my creditor, and because of their lack of negotiation, I am now stuck with a monthly payment that is higher than it was before I joined. It is heartbreaking to pay for 'relief' and end up deeper in the hole. They do not fight for you the way they claim to. Very disappointed in their service.

Very misleading and not what is expected. They tell you that they will negotiate with all your creditors for a 25% fee. I thought I was paying everything down a little at a time. Instead, they go after your highest balance first because thats where they will make their money. What they fail to say, is that you will work on one settlement at a time, paying the fee in between. I settled a debt for $10k, and they charged me a fee of $7k. The $7k balance must be paid before the next creditor is contacted. At this rate they are c... read more

This company is a scam. They start off by telling you that if you pay a set amount a month, they will help you get out of debt. We paid consistently for 8 months, and then were told we needed to pay $200 more a month. We did so, and then a few months later were contacted and told that if we did not take out a loan through their partner company, we would likely be sued by 3 credit cards that they were unable to pay. The loan amount is 24%, which would leave us paying more than our original debt. When I called to talk to someo... read more
