I would never recommend this debt relief to anyone. I was told from the beginning whar my bi-monthly payments would be and was assured they would not change. I am now paying almost double and my debt balance almost doubled instead of decreasing. Called them multiple times about a creditor threatening to file suit and nothing was done until I was served papers and that is when my monthly payments doubled. I now have a judgement against me for court cost fees. I called many of times and complained about this and nothing change... read more

THIS BUSINESS IS NOT TELLING THE ***** ABOUT A LAWYER FIRM TO HELP. THIS PROGRAM IS SETUP TO CAUSE YOU TO BE SUED AND PUT OUT OF YOUR HOME. THEY WANT A POOR PERSON TO PUT ALL THE INCOME INTO A FIRM THE TIME PERIOD TO BUILD UP MONEY THEN MORE MONEY TO PAY THEM. THIS PROGRAM WILL GIVE FALSE PROMISES TO PEOPLE WHO NEED HELP. I THOUGHT THE PEOPLE WOULD BE GETTING THE CREDITORS PAID OFF NOT THE **** THAT EXPLAINED THE PROGRAM BUT THE INFORMATION WAS NOT CORRECT AT TIME OF SERVICE. I WANT THIS CORRECTED AND DISMISSED.

I am not completely satisfied with this company. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. But apparently they did not contact my creditors and I ended up getting two summons regarding my balances. Also after 2 years they tried to talk me into taking out a loan to pay off my balances which would have doubled what I still owed and doubled the time needed to pay off my accounts. My credit score plummeted and it is taking a long time to rebuild it. I have been made all my payments to *** on time . I will be glad when... read more

I was impressed with the service for the first couple of years I was on the program. I was paying things down and felt happy with them. UNTIL.... They told me I had *Graduated* from their program (still owed about $16k) and they pushed me onto a program with *************** and things went downhill from there. After paying them for a year, I am still owing over $13k. They added on 24% interest, and even though I knew they were doing this, they made it sound like I would just owe the $16k and that the interest was included in... read more

Do not do what they say, the company has no integrity at all. They have you put monthly payments into a savings account and they take it upon themselves to take as much even all and pay their fees before paying any to creditor. I have paid them over 6k and none of the money has went toward debt, all in there companys pocket. *** is not the company they once were.

Business response:

Hi Mr. ***************** you for taking the time to share your concerns and for speaking with our team to address them. Should you wish to discuss further, please give us a call back at ************.Sincerely,National Debt Relief

I agree with one other reviewer here. This company does nothing but ruin your credit. They do not disclose that they will charge you 25% of your balance as the fee they charge to negotiate you balance. Well they didnt even negotiate 25% off so now I have ruined my credit and owe more than before. This is a SCAM. A terrible business model. I wish I had negotiated myself and maintained my credit. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

*** is a joke!!! My husband has been in their program for a year and less than 31% of what he has paid them has gone to repay any debtors. Their "settlement fees" alone amount to almost 54% of the total he has paid. Not to mention all of the other fees that they charge (transaction fees, legal fees, setup fee, monthly service fees). He has consistently been served legal papers after they reassured him that this wouldn't happen. In fact, we just received another set of legal papers yesterday.....even after a whole year of bei... read more

This business has called me multiple times per day since I gave them my number. I decided quickly after reviewing their business model that they arent the right option for me and I would not be pursuing their services. The phone calls have been incessant since that fateful, regrettable day. Over one month ago I added my phone number to the national do not call list. I notified national debt relief of that fact and requested that they please stop calling me. I did this via email because I cannot imagine engaging them on the p... read more
