I've been in this program since Nov 2025. Nothing has happened in my account. They say they are working on it, but I was just chatting with an agent. And before I could type my reply they left the chat. I wish I never came to this company my credit score was fair and I was paying my payment on time and keeping a good score, yes I might have taken me longer to pay things off but at least I was making progress now everything is a mess and I can't afford to leave this program now which makes me very upset. Fees are amazingly high- you will end up paying more to them then you do to your creditors. Call your creditors on your own and do the same thing they do, but with no fees! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ******

Not at advertised. Less than 10% total savings, credit went from 815 to 520, their phone staff "account experts" tell you one thing and then you find out it isn't accurate. They "try" to save 50% of your debt, then add 25% as a fee. So best case scenario you save 25% in total. My savings ended up being less than 10%. I could have called the card myself and saved more than 10%. Their "negotiation" team doesnt negatiate very well, or at all. I signed up for National Debt Relief based on what they told me about expected savings and how long the program would take. I understand that every situation is different, but after about a year, it feels like what I was told was more of a best-case scenario than what most people actually experience.1. National debt relief was just scamming me for a whole year sent me to their lawyer. I occurred $5000 extra on the balance that I owe and then they dumped me and they didnt give me any information to help me to proceed by myself for the courts. I highly tell people do not work with them.

Does not stop calling me. One consult and they think its appropriate to keep calling me from different numbers. This is spam and Im filing a complaint.

You have got to watch these guys like a hawk. They have hidden fees. I noticed my estimated payoff amount jumps ***** every month. They have so many fees, it's hard to keep track and apparently for them too. All the other fees were added to the estimated payoff.. So why keep jacking up my payoff amount every month? Make sure you know your "REAL" payoff amount and not keep adding to your estimated amount. I don't know how they can have an A+ because they are certainly not honest. If I had known then what I know now, I would have NEVER reached out to these people. They caused more damage than I was in before I contacting them. This is certainly a process you can do on your own w/out their help. I think all of their staff are outsourced in ***** & lacks speaking clear English. The only reason I left a 1 star was because there wasnt a negative star review!

I have tried numerous attempts at blocking them from contacting me, yet they still persist; and at all hours of the day, repeatedly! If you are not offering me money to get out of the debt caused by financial hardships due to the multiple shut downs and inflation, leave me alone!!! PLEASE!
