HORRIBLE, , asked for info , ,they pulled my credit, , then Transferred me to another company, , NOT one was an American, , THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, , IM Waiting for me identity theft protection to be Activated by them , ,
They have emailed me every single day. The unsubscribe button does not work. This is incredibly shady. Maybe this will get their attention since we have no other way to contact them and get off the list.
I signed up about 6 months ago and so far only 2 accounts are being paid. I am now getting letters of collection from the other accounts and no further information about payments towards those accounts. Im feeling very frustrated and worried why my other accounts are not having payments made to them.

They make it sound so good to start with. But what they do wait until legal action is taken by creditor then negotiate 2 or 3 thousand off then turn around and charge you 4000 saving you nothing or ask for more money. And by the time you figure out what is really going on your stuck with more debt and legal actions against you. Buyer beware.
So far National Debt Relief has exhibited sub par performance at best. I had an account enrolled and ********************** was unable to stop the company from taking a payment. Their suggestion was to "get a new bank account and don't give them my account number." Why am I paying for a "Legal team".
I have learned the banking system is rigged. The credit reporting companies have me at 505 then 560 and at 605. They are bullies.
Initially, I was very satisfied with the company, but a few months in, my program was terminated without any forewarning or knowledge. When the account was reinstated, they refused to include three of the debts that were originally included in my initial program. I was highly shocked and disappointed by this. Now I am stuck trying to get three debts that are outstanding into another program.
This business is an absolute joke. I made the mistake of signing up with this company one year ago, at the insistence of National Debt Relief I paid the entire balance off very early in the program in effort to resolve my debts "quickly". They first took well over four thousand dollars of my money before doing a single thing to attempt to resolve a debt, then they just simply continued to not pay any of my creditors until my credit was completely destroyed.
