I began this program in July of 2017. Out of my 5 accounts submitted only 2 have been resolved. I was told it should take about 3 years to have all debt taken care of and paid off. No updates on negotiations with remaining accounts have been given lately, however they do call me frequently asking me if I’m interested in switching to a different company they work with saying this other company they work with will not only resolve my debt faster but will also help me rebuild my credit, and pay off my remaining debt with the ac... read more

hello I haven't even started the program with them and I am running into a lot of problems, I was told that if I chose my own bank for my saving account when I told the rep that they pulled out told me I wouldn't get the lawyer coverage and that I was not even capable to do it on my own. this came at a surprise to me due to the fact that they advertise that you could use any bank for the saving account. they even went so far to tell me that my program will fail and that they will give me till Monday next week to re-think it

To some, its a bump in the road. To us it was a disaster. NDR gave us a path to solvency no other alternative would allow. We see the light at the end of the tunnel and it is not far away. Thanks NDR

I recently enrolled to National Debt Relief in order to consolidate and my credit debt. My first credit card was settled from an original balance of 10,449 to a settled amount of $8,766. While they offer to settle your debt for 50% they actually settled mine for 83%. The problem is that they charge a "negotiation fee" of 25% which in my case was $2,612 ($10,449 x 25% = $2,612) ...so after the settlement, it looks like will be paying a total of $11,378 ($8,766 settlement + $2,612 fee). That’s right, I will be paying more than... read more

Well I just started within 2 months with NDR. After not receiving a responses back I with questions on the phone calls day and night from creditors ( which I had never been late on, now late by 2 months and told not to keep making my payments). I was also told I didn't have a choice on what to include in my credit card debit I had to have all enrolled. I only wanted to my 5 highest ones now I have 12 including loans from my bank, which I didn't want to include them. I had been waiting at the airport and decided to read the r... read more

For as happy as I am with how everything began and went for the first 6 months, there has been little to no activity or resolve the 2nd half of the year I've been working through this. It takes 2 or 3 days to get a response from customer service, which when I began this process became the only way to communicate or ask any questions. I complained in the very beginning about customer service and it really hasn't improved a whole lot.

I was very unhappy with there service they promised I would be done paying all my debt in a little over 2 years. They did settle with 3 of my creditors But I was sued by one of the creditors and they garnished my wages. Then I had to get a loan thru a lending company to be able to pay off the rest of the debt and ended up pay all the extra fees to the creditors like lawyer fee, all the interest and late fee. Now I own the lending company more for the 2 creditors than when I started.
