Car would not start and had your tow driver tow it home. Believe it is starter issue for he first tried to jump start it with power pack.

I had appointment for 0800 on 17 July 2024 and they didn't look at it until 19 July 2024. I text Ms. Morgan on 17 July 2024 @ 1347 to check on it and no return text so I called @ 1645 and talked to Ms.Melissa and she said she would have Ms.Morgan call me back no return call, I text 18 July 2024 @ 0909 and no return text I called again on 18 July @1630 and Ms. Morgan said they going to pull it in the morning and check it out. We’ve had work done with you before and it was good. This time the woman in the service department was angry, hateful, and really rude. Out of nowhere. She actually yelled at my husband for removing an inspection sticker off the window. This truck has never had an inspection sticker. It was purchased out of state. Melissa was great. The other lady called me back and asked why I was upset, I was not mad at her at this time; however I. Told her I was taking ithe car to the dealership I bought it from. appt for warranty work and Oil change. Back Hatch inner liner was lose and needed to be fixed so when you shut the back hatch the liner didn’t pop lose each time. Was called to advise vehicle was ready. When presented the bill it had labor for warranty work. Discussed that bumper to bumper warranty included labor and was told by one employee it did not and that they did not charge me for the part.
