Tow driver was punctual and very polite , and was gentle with my SUV totally will recommend Nelson to anyone who needs a tow
I took my Ford Fiesta in for an oil change, state inspection, and tag bracket for the front of my car and the price was very reasonable for what I had done. I will continue to go there for service.
I had an appointment for the oil change at 2pm. I came out to see how much longer it would take at 3:45. The service was complete but still had to wait on paperwork. Was there a problem or is this wait time normal now?
As always service was good, Olivia was very friendly and did a good job. One thing I don’t understand is why it takes over an hour for an oil change

I hit a deer. The work was great with the exception of my hood has a bigger gap on one side. It was not put back even. It is somewhat noticeable. I just didn't complain. If I myself as a lady noticed it I know they did. Oh and the m an asked for $500 without me seeing my vehicle. Yep that upset me. I thought who does that in America 🙄 Everybody wants money but don't want to do things accordingly 🤔
