appt for warranty work and Oil change. Back Hatch inner liner was lose and needed to be fixed so when you shut the back hatch the liner didn’t pop lose each time. Was called to advise vehicle was ready. When presented the bill it had labor for warranty work. Discussed that bumper to bumper warranty included labor and was told by one employee it did not and that they did not charge me for the part. Treat your customers with more respect and make things right with your faulty vehicles you're selling. Does Lemon Law in Virginia come to mind? I will never purchase another car or anything from any Nelson Dealership. Very nasty people. This Dealership has made money off my whole family over the years being me with my fourth and this isn't the first time I've had issues with Nelson.

I was displeased after observing my truck with black smudge on the door panel of the driver side door, inside of that mentioned door, on a towel in the driver's seat, and on the center of my seat. I purchased a tire that had blue coloring on the letters and near the letters as the tire should have been cleaned. Someone changed the music source from the computer system of the truck. The ladies that work in the service dept are great. The guys that actually work on the vehicles is in question. I drive from Eden each time. There’s no reason when I have an appointment that’s scheduled for 8 and the lady comes out and asks if I need a ride home. I said I’ll just wait and she said there’s a vehicle in front of mine. I don’t understand when I had an appointment at 8 and it only was supposed to take 2 hours. She went out and had another technician do it. I was told I get satellite radio free for 3 months with the purchase of the car. As it turns out, my car is not even equipped with satellite radio. Contacted salesman about this and he said I am sorry, I thought all cars had that. I travel a lot and this is important to me. I had to purchase a piggyback radio unit to install in my car to receive satellite radio. The salesman that sold the car was unable to show me how to work anything on the car, he stated that “you probably know more about it than I do”. What kind of crap ... read more
