Took my Chevy Colorado in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 1 hour and 20 min to complete. Seemed a little long to me. The cost was $81.67 and that seems pretty darn high to me.

Car would not start and had your tow driver tow it home. Believe it is starter issue for he first tried to jump start it with power pack.
I had appointment for 0800 on 17 July 2024 and they didn't look at it until 19 July 2024. We’ve had work done with you before and it was good. This time the woman in the service department was angry, hateful, and really rude. Out of nowhere. She actually yelled at my husband for removing an inspection sticker off the window. This truck has never had an inspection sticker. It was purchased out of state. This is the second time that they have rotated our tires and forgot to calibrate them. It is very inconvenient to have to take it back for something that should have been taken care of.
