Everyone has ALWAYS been exceptional nice on the phone and in person. I had to cancel my last appointment but was treated with great respect. Yesterday I had to take my nephew with me and everything went smooth as silk. I bought my Subaru there and continue to go back for service even though I am almost an hour away. I am terrible with names but the lady who checks you in and out in service is perfect for the job. GREAT people to do business with.

Nelson Subaru Sold me my Crosstrek two years ago. They have performed all oil changes and Maintenance. Today’s experience was a solid five stars.
