First time to this location. New to the area. Kaylee was going to turn me away for being late to my appointment (understandable) but Chase the mechanic was able to take the work and took EXCELLENT care of me/vehicle. He really wowed me with his communication/ helpfulness. His professionalism and interpersonal skills set the bar. Chase is definitely an asset to Subaru. I trust him to work on my vehicle again. I was able to get in right away for the recall service. I had also requested a courtesy wash but they were unable to perform that for an hour because it rolled over into lunch. So after the repair was completed I went ahead and departed the shop. Otherwise, always a nice experience at this dealership.

When we went to Nelson Kia, we were not expecting to buy a car that day. Reese was so patient and knowledgeable when explaining all of the features in the Kias. The Kia funding was a snap and we drove our new Forte home that day! We will be buying our next car from a Nelson dealership!
