Did an excellent job I was very satisfied
I was able to get in right away for the recall service. I had also requested a courtesy wash but they were unable to perform that for an hour because it rolled over into lunch. So after the repair was completed I went ahead and departed the shop. Otherwise, always a nice experience at this dealership.
When we went to Nelson Kia, we were not expecting to buy a car that day. Reese was so patient and knowledgeable when explaining all of the features in the Kias. The Kia funding was a snap and we drove our new Forte home that day! We will be buying our next car from a Nelson dealership!

Absolutely seamless! From the phone call to make my appointment, to the friendly and informative service writer (Marian), to picking up my car (washed and looking good), to the price (tires, alignment, rear brakes)! Absolutely thrilled! I love Nelson Subaru and would recommend them to anyone!
