I was able to get in right away for the recall service. I had also requested a courtesy wash but they were unable to perform that for an hour because it rolled over into lunch. So after the repair was completed I went ahead and departed the shop. Otherwise, always a nice experience at this dealership.

When we went to Nelson Kia, we were not expecting to buy a car that day. Reese was so patient and knowledgeable when explaining all of the features in the Kias. The Kia funding was a snap and we drove our new Forte home that day! We will be buying our next car from a Nelson dealership!
