I am new to Virginia and was not familiar with service at Nelson Subaru. I was immediately guided to the service department where I was informed to drive up to the garage door and they open and another young lady signed me in! Waiting area was clean and comfortable!

They got me in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change and offered to wash my car but I didn’t have time to do that part. They told me I could come back whenever to get it washed. Great experience!
