As always great customer service. Kept me informed on all that was going on. I love this place. I never go anywhere else for my car to be serviced. I even bring all my other vehicles up there even though they’re not a Kia and they service them just as good as they do my Kia. They make you feel like family. I would suggest Kia Subaru for anyone that needed service on their vehicle. They Way to make you feel comfortable and their employees are excellent

Everything was great except for the wait time. My appointment was at 3:15 and didn't finish until 5:00. All I had done was an oil change, and tire rotation.
