First time to this location. New to the area. Kaylee was going to turn me away for being late to my appointment (understandable) but Chase the mechanic was able to take the work and took EXCELLENT care of me/vehicle. He really wowed me with his communication/ helpfulness. His professionalism and interpersonal skills set the bar. Chase is definitely an asset to Subaru. I trust him to work on my vehicle again.
