Marion was fantastic and patient with me in explaining the problem with my Kia. Chad did a great job completing the work and my car was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I was skeptical at first since I normally go to another dealership, but Nelson will be my place for service from now on.

I am new to Virginia and was not familiar with service at Nelson Subaru. I was immediately guided to the service department where I was informed to drive up to the garage door and they open and another young lady signed me in! Waiting area was clean and comfortable!
