I was out of town during September and had missed getting my annual safety inspection. Since I’ve only been here for a year, I wasn’t sure if there were any penalties for being late, so I was a little concerned. I contacted Nelson Subaru Kia to schedule an appointment. I was assured that since I now had an appointment to have the inspection performed, if I were to be pulled over for another type traffic violation, having the appointment would be a valid exception. Kaylee did an excellent job keeping me updated on the status of my service. Upon pick up she did a thorough job of reviewing the multi-point inspection report. As an additional service she researched for me several possible tire options along with potential rebates/coupons.

Marion was great as always. Kept me informed and even walked me to my vehicle and opened the door for me (which definitely wasn’t expected or required but still nice gesture). Would highly recommend.
The service, tire rotation and car wash was done in a very reasonable time and at a very reasonable price.
