I came in for oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, & complimentary car wash. The work was done on a timely manner. Ms Ulrich was pleasant & efficient as always. I like working with her.
Did great on service, but I'm not sure about the explanation on my motor noise issue. Telling me I wasn't driving hard enough to make transmission to downshift causing the motor to work harder hence the value noise. I wouldn't think noise should be caused at any speed.
