Dr. Trout is the most amazing vet! She loves animals and also has exceptional people skills. Our dog has had vets in multiple states, and Dr. Trout is hands down the absolute best!

My pity mix needed hip surgery - several surgeons told us the price would be $3000 - $6000 and they suggested a total hip replacement even though it was totally inappropriate for this very active pup. FHO was totally the right choice - and they did it for 1/2 the expected cost. Ben is now running like nothing ever happened and we could not be happier. He limped for months - as expected - but now you would not know he had surgery. Very impressed with the docs at this practice as well as the staff that take such good care.

I can’t express how wonderful Dr Heather Trout and the staff of NBAH have been to our family. We have lots of animals and they have never once failed to be of assistance in our time of need. This week we lost 2 of our beloved pets … a 17 year old cat and an 8. Year old dog. They have been so compassionate and caring. It certainly means a lot. Our journey with our cancer patient dog has been relatively short but Dr Trout, and in her absence Dr. CLark have been nothing but awesome. Not only that but the very next morning after making the ever so difficult decision to euthanize him, 2 of our other pets needed immediate attention, 1 of which ultimately required euthanasia ( she was a 17 year old cat that was having seizures) and the other who had an eye infection from a sting, they were able to take us. The staff was so compassionate to our situation. Dr . Trout, who I have the most. Direct experience with was so wonderful. I know I said this earlier, but truly I cannot express enough thanks to her and her staff and Dr Clark I getting us though this ever so difficult time. To those looking for a caring veterinarian for your. Fur babies, I. Highly recommend NBAH. THANK YOU ALL AT NBAH!! ❤️
