We had a wonderful experience with our visit. Our cat had never been to this vet before, she hates going in the crate, we were late getting there, it was super stressful on my end. The staff was wonderful, caring, and promptly took care of us. Even my grumpy cat agreed that they were very nice!
I would recommend New Baltimore Animal Hospital for the competence, knowledgeable office and medical staff. The atmosphere is calming and caring.
I highly recommend the New Baltimore Animal Hospital. There is a Veterinary clinic 5 minutes from my house but will gladly drive 30 minutes more to NBAH. The admin staff is friemdly and professional. i love, love Dr. Trout who takes care of my furbaby, Lucky. She is so caring and her diagnosis is always spot on so recovery time for any illness Lucky has had is fast and short.
We absolutely love our vet. They are the most kind, caring and helpful vet. We moved over an hour away but we love them so much, we are staying loyal and keeping them as our vet. I seriously can't say enough good things about the staff and doctors here. Y'all Are Very Much Appreciated ♡
Absolutely the most caring office . Yesterday morning you guys made things so easy dropping off Smokey for his little procedure. With all the attention. love and passing him around for kisses he never even realize I left him. Dr Trout called afterwards and explained everything clearly. You guys were awesome.
