NBAH has taken care of several of our pets for nearly 30 years. Dr. Bailey set the tone for compassion and grace in dealing with our dogs throughout all stages of their lives. This same mission to serve all God's creatures has been passed on to the amazing staff and current docs now representing NBAH. Dr. Trout has been caring for our 13 year old dog for the past few years and she always takes the time to explain everything and to cover the options that will best meet Dolly's needs. We are grateful to the staff that is so knowledgeable and friendly, and to Erin and Sam, the techs who deal gently with our Dolly. An amazing practice that exemplifies what a veterinary clinic should be.

Excellent, excellent service. In the middle of a pandemic, having two kittens spayed is not perfect timing, however New Balitmore made it possible in the easiest way imaginable. Quick appointments, easy delivery with no contact (all handled from cell phones outside the hospital first and the kitten pickup). Pictures and phone calls after surgery. Really .,.. wonderful, wonderful experience.
