We have been bringing our furry family members to NBAH since the late 1980’s. All the doctors, technicians, and support staff have always been absolutely amazing! That’s why even though we moved around a little during that time and did go to other vets occasionally, we always came back to NBAH. I can’t even put in words how thankful I am for all of them throughout the years, and especially now with my senior kitty recently being diagnosed with kidney disease. Love this Vet! The staff and Dr.s are always very friendly and helpful in explaining everything. Dr. Brown is an outstanding Vet, I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
Dr. Trout is an amazing surgeon! Very happy with the staff and medical care.
BEST VETS AND STAFF WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! SO MUCH CARE FOR OUR BENTLEY
Simply the best. Every single person at NBAH really cares and it shows in everything they do.
Business response:
Thank you for all you do too, you have such a big heart with all of your rescue work.
They are a GREAT animal hospital. The staff and veterinarians are very caring with both pets and owners. We have been going there since Dr. Bailey established the practice and was initially the only vet.
Business response:
This means so much coming from a lifetime client. Thank you.
I found an injured raccoon on the side of the road and brought him into the staff at NBAH on the recommendation of a long time client. Thinking a vet hospital was mostly for dogs and cats along with other domesticated creatures, was thrilled to see the staff happily take in the raccoon and treat him for his injuries before getting transportation to the Wildlife Vet Care. Thank you NBAH for taking him in!
Business response:
Thank you for caring enough to do something about his dire situation. We were glad to help.
The staff is very efficient but very caring. Dr. Trout has treated several of our dogs and she is amazing. She takes time and explains everything thoroughly .
Grateful today for Dr Brown & staff for saving my dog after ingesting toxic xylitol- main ingredient in sugar free chewing gum.
