RecommendedExcellent, excellent service. In the middle of a pandemic, having two kittens spayed is not perfect timing, however New Balitmore made it possible in the easiest way imaginable. Quick appointments, easy delivery with no contact (all handled from cell phones outside the hospital first and the kitten pickup). Pictures and phone calls after surgery. Really .,.. wonderful, wonderful experience.
RecommendedThey ALWAYS show they care. One of our fur babies seemed to be having a slight problem (non-urgent) over the weekend so we set up an appt online that night. The next morning (still the weekend) we received a call asking about him and offering an emergency appt. He had recovered overnight so we didn't need anything. However, we were truly touched that they called. We were not really surprised, though. This is how NBAH always works and why we love them.
