The food was decent. It is a little simple but had good flavor. The service was terrible. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. Once food started coming out (it was tasting menu for restaurant week), they started coming out very quickly. At times, we had 3 courses at the table at the same time. They do not come in order of how they are listed on the menu either. They completely forgot our seafood course (which we had upgraded and paid more for). When we asked about it, it took another 20 minutes to get ... read more

Terrible. Food was good but service crazy was terrible. Except bar back. Constantly forgot about our table, food and prefix courses. Even when we finally complained, manager felt staff doing fine... 1.5 hour meal took 4 hours. Never never going back.

I know restaurant week can be really hectic. The tasting menu required everyone to pick the same dish. This makes it challenging for everyone to get the dinner experience that they wanted.

Food was not good at all. I read so-so reviews before we went, and I thought people were being picky (since I didn't think you could survive on Randolph if you weren't great), but food was awful. Service was great, but food was so disappointing. Should've gone with my gut.

Very disappointing experience from the greeting at the door, “coursing out” what we ordered, and forgetting items we ordered. The server trued to play it off as it just hasn’t come yet. I would not recommend this place especially with all the great places within walking distance.

Business response:

Hey Dereck, I’m so sorry your experience was disappointing. We loved having you both here, and would love you to return for a better experience. -The Nia Team

This restaurant does not meet one's expectation in a city/neighborhood so rich with first-rate restaurants. The decor is very old and tired--especially for a new restaurant. What was most disappointing was that the restaurant sent a message indicating that our reservation has been canceled--but only after we had dines there. Not very comforting.

Honestly, the food was hit or miss. The eggplant involtini and the patatas bravas were good. We ordered a bunch of different seafood dishes and all of them were just okay. From the meat dishes, some weren't bad. However, the grilled strip steak was like shoe leather.
