Dr. Viens provided really great care for my foot fracture 4 years ago and again this year for a bunion. I trust his expertise and appreciate his honesty. I am especially grateful for his longevity at this practice so that I could see him again rather than starting with a new physician.
Ask questions that were relevant to my appointment. When I was answering the questions, he listened and validated my concerns. He was upfront with honesty when developing a care plan and timeline. He explained why certain steps had to be completed first. His bedside manner was friendly, welcoming, and not overbearing.
Listens and reviews all aspects of the situation to recommend what he thinks would be the best management practice based on his years of experience and sub specialty training while at the same time discussing other options.
Dr. Viens was punctual courteous and very professional. Visit was very informative and he provided me with all the information needed for my future activity and care of my ankle.
