I was seen on time. Dr Viens was professional and informed me of treatment options.
Dr. Viens was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and reassuring. He was very patient with me and explained what happened during the accident, what action was taken and why, and what the upcoming treatment would entail.
Dr Viens was very patient with me and explained what happened during my accident, what treatment was done and why. He explained the course going forward and what to expect. He answered all my questions and was very reassuring as to my prognosis. This was especially helpful as my surgery took place in a third world country, and I was uneasy about the outcome.
Dr Viens is always thorough with his visits and puts patients at ease when he explains what is going on with you. He’s a top notch surgeon and listens to concerns no matter how small. Would definitely recommend!
My son needed to see someone regarding pain in his foot. Getting an appointment was pretty easy and everyone was friendly. Dr. Veins was nice and examined the X-rays to rule out things and determine my son’s condition. Suggestions were made to do certain exercises using bands. I felt that once I asked more questions, the more informative and personable the doctor became.
Nursing was great. All of the care providers I interacted with were friendly and professional. Anesthesia was excellent. Dr. Viens is a great guy and a surgeon in whom my wife and I have put our trust. I am only postop day 1 right now so I can’t speak to the surgical outcome but I am hopeful that I will resume my personal fitness quest soon.
Dr Viens listened to me and carefully explained things to me .
I really appreciate Dr Viens expertise and assessment of my forefoot numbness and pain. He is very thorough. He offered to refer me for additional testing to identify the cause of the pain (possibly pinched nerve in back, or maybe diabetes) as well as recommendations to help things from getting worse.
Have seen Dr Viens twice in the past year for foot issues, once where surgery had been recommended by other health care providers. In both cases non-surgical and non-invasive options were encouraged. I have found his recommendations to be effective and successful for me. I trust him. He is personable, straightforward and willing to try non-surgical options first.
