This company is a fraud. They send reps to you to sign up for the service, tell you you have 30 days to try it and then they ignore you until your 30 days are up so they can charge you. After 5 days I decided I didn't like the product because it was charging my customers insane fees when I was told it would only be 2%, they also expected me to take pictures of the customers card and their ID which made them and myself uncomfortable. This company took over my processing when they bought out my previous merchant company. My rate changed to an astronomical amount. They just began charging my over 5% for transactions. They also would not look back at any of my history, and started fresh. Then I had a large dollar transaction declined and without history to look at they would not even consider it. PLEASE listen to these reviews. I have absolutely zero doubt that they're 100% true. I HATE THIS COMPANY SO SO SO MUCH. I've been in business for YEARS. Something is very suspicious with this company! After invoicing a customer for $4,000 they decided to hold the funds for 120 days. After speaking with various people/departments, they said that they need to call the customer and verify the charge. They did that and they still will not release the funds. But they can go into my business checking account on a daily basis and take money out without any permission?!
